Can I use a rewards or discount code during the Black Friday Sale?
Rewards and discount codes cannot be used on sale items, but you will earn rewards points on all purchases.
How long will it take to get my order?
We are expecting a high volume of orders over the sale period however our team aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. All of our orders are shipped via express delivery.
I have items in my cart or wishlist. Will they be there when the Black Friday Sale goes live?
Our website is unable to hold items in your cart over a period of time. We recommend you add all of the styles you'd like to shop to your wishlist ahead of the sale. When the sale goes live, you will see the updated prices and can easily add to cart from there. Start building your wishlist here.
How do I get my free gift?
To qualify for a Free Gift with Purchase, orders must meet minimum spend requirements.
The Free Gift will be automatically added at checkout for qualifying orders and is only available until stocks last.
Gift varieties will be selected at random and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If I make a mistake in my order after I place it can I make a change?

Can I return my sale items?
SALE items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days. All items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
