What are the Rewards Terms & Conditions

  • Rewards points are non transferable (including between accounts under the same name).
  • Rewards codes cannot be applied to an order after an order has been placed.
  • Rewards codes cannot be cancelled once ordered. They will remain valid until used (on your next order).
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Only one rewards code can be used per order.
  • If two or more separate accounts (using different emails) are held under your name, any points earned through transactions using these separate emails cannot be merged into one rewards account. All rewards points earned will remain under the original email used at time of purchase.
  • Rewards used for shipping, and applied to an order, cannot be refunded should the purchased item be returned for refund.
  • Leina and Fleur reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions of our rewards program at any time without notice.

How do I sign up to receive rewards?

To sign up for L&F Rewards simply click on the pink Rewards button on the lower left hand corner of our website. Click on "Create an account" and use the same email address you use to place your orders.

How do I earn rewards?

If you are a rewards member you can earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on the website.

How many points do I need to collect to receive a reward?

250 points = Free shipping

500 points = $35 off your purchase

750 points = $60 off your purchase

1000 points = $100 off your purchase

How do I use my points?

Log into your Leina & Fleur account and click on the pink rewards button to open your rewards details.

Select 'Redeem' to activate the reward.

In the section titled 'Your rewards', it displays a list of any available rewards that you have to apply to your next purchase.

Choose the reward you want to redeem.

Now you can either apply the reward for it to automatically apply the discount at checkout. Alternatively copy the code and apply it manually in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.

Your reward will now be automatically applied as a discount on your total amount to pay. You will be able to view the discount before you pay for your order.

If you do not apply your code the rewards code will remain in your rewards account until you use it and will only disappear once it has been applied to an order and the payment has been made.

Will I earn points on sale items?

Yes you will earn 1 point for every Dollar you spend.

I was issued a code to use but can't find it, where is it?

Log into your rewards account and click on the pink rewards button to open your rewards details.

Click on 'See my rewards'. Click on the reward you want to view and apply the code or copy the code into the discount field at checkout. 

Can I use my rewards points with another discount code?

No, only one discount code can be applied per invoice.

Where do I find my points balance?

If you have a Rewards account then click on the pink Rewards button at the bottom left hand side of your screen and log in. Click on the pink rewards button again once your "My Account" page has opened. A rewards box will open, scroll down to see your rewards points balance.

Can I apply my code after I have placed an order?

Discount codes cannot be applied after you have made a purchase, however the code will remain in your rewards account until you use it again.

Can I use my rewards points with another discount code?

No, only one discount code can be applied per invoice.

Can I allocate my reward points to someone else?

Rewards points are non transferrable.

I just made a purchase, can I earn rewards?

You earn 1 point for every Dollar you spend (excluding postage). Rewards will only be applied to accounts that have been activated so please make sure you join the rewards program prior to purchasing.

I have two rewards accounts, can I merge them.

We are unable to merge accounts.

My previous purchases are not showing in my rewards account. Can these be added?

If you signed up to our rewards program after you have made your 1st purchase, then please fill out our Rewards Enquiry form and include photos and all relevant information (for how to take the photos we need for analysis please see ‘what photos do I need to supply?’).  One of our Customer Care team will reply to you within 2 business days.

If I'm returning my order will my rewards be refunded too?

Yes, if you returned your order in full any rewards used with this order will also be returned. If you are returning part of your order we will apply your rewards $ amount to the item you have decided to keep.*

*In cases where the kept item is of a lower value than the rewards $ amount, we will refund your rewards points and apply a cash value to your kept item. For eg: your purchase includes 1 x belt $59 and 1 x Stella Dress $269.  You apply a $100 rewards discount but decide to return your Stella Dress and keep your belt.  In this case we will refund your rewards in full and keep the value of $59 in cash from your transaction. (The belt is of lesser value than the rewards $ amount and therefore the rewards amount cannot be applied).

When I leave a review when will it be published?

The publication of any reviews is at the discretion of Leina & Fleur.  Once your review is received it is then verified as a genuine purchase by our Customer Care team, responded to if need be, and published on our website.  Leina & Fleur can choose not to publish any review on any product at anytime.

My review was to be rewarded with rewards points but I cannot see them in my account, when will they be put in my account?

Rewards points will be added to your account after your review has been verified and published by our Customer Care team.  The publication of any reviews is at the discretion of Leina & Fleur. Leina & Fleur can choose not to publish any review on any product at anytime. Any reward allocation or benefits of a review publication promotion will not apply to unpublished reviews. A maximum of 2 reviews per person within 24 hours will receive rewards allocation of 15 points each.
