Only styles in the Fleur's Black Friday collection will be discounted, prices as marked - up to 60% off.
Can I use store credit or a gift card during the sale?
Yes, gift cards and store credit can be used at checkout. However, welcome codes cannot be applied during this sale. Rewards codes can be used.
Can I return or exchange items from my purchase?
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items (not marked Final Sale) can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

How do I find my size?
Confirm your size before the sale to check out faster. Visit our Size Guide and watch our fit video to learn how to take your measurements. You can also contact our Customer Care Team with your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements (in cm), and we’ll assist you.
Can you combine multiple orders for shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders during the sale as they are batch-printed and processed by different handlers.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
To secure your preferred size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct items. If you need assistance, contact our Customer Care Team between 9 AM – 5 PM AEDT, Monday to Friday, and we’ll do our best to help.
