Usha first discovered L&F in 2020. She felt her clothes weren't fitting her as she would have liked them to and she was ready to make change. Her first experiences of the L&F brand were enough to turn her into a loyal and devoted fan. As an L&F Customer Ambassador for 2024, we chatted to Usha about her L&F journey, her favourite styles and her advice for women new to the brand.

L&F had been on Usha's radar for a while before she made her first purchase. She kept an eye on the Facebook page and the website, watching and learning. "I saw that L&F was committed to a good fit," she says. Understanding that was exactly what both she and her wardrobe needed, Usha felt compelled to try the clothing for herself. She never looked back!

"I hadn't worn pants for years before I discovered L&F," says Customer Ambassador, Usha. "I couldn't get over how well they fit!"

Finding it a challenge to balance her fuller hip and smaller waist measurements, Usha's first purchase was the Bradley Culotte and it has been her go-to pant style ever since.

As a result, she now believes that capsule wardrobes should not be exclusively 'workwear' or 'casual wear' but should be multipurpose. If she's got a pant that looks and feels great, she wants to where it for work, at the weekend and everything in between.
