Asher Skirt in Navy

Tapestry was my first Asher and I have bought more since - in prints and plan. Tapestry remains my favourite print. I find I can go between sizes which is useful when stock is running low

Oh so happy with this purchase. I sized up in the skirt for a little more ‘swish’ and hip allowance. The print is so special and my pattern placement is perfection. The material doesn’t crease, it’s super lightweight and smooth to touch …And the best thing (for this ‘non skirt gal’), is despite having hips it does me loads of favours being cut on the bias. I wore it to a family function at new years and got tons of compliments and ‘where did you get that’s?!’
If I were to elevate it to 110% awesome, I’d stitch down the bottom of the waist band so it can’t flip up. Thanks L&F.

Good lightweight basic skirt. Do miss having pockets!

This is my third Asher skirt – so obviously I love the graceful style. A bonus is that the red Asher, as one of the more recent releases, features a softer version of the elastic than the original stiffer elastic. Thanks Fleur and team for making this change – it makes the Asher just that bit more perfect! Finally, the red in this skirt is a beautiful true red (i.e.: it is blue-based red) rather than an orange-based tone. Think blood red or fire engine red – perfect for upping the ante when mixing with black or navy to make a real statement.

When you know, you know.
Style, cut, fit and length are on point for my petite Size 8 inverted triangle body. I can wear either the Size 8 or Size 10 in the Asher, and often select the Size 8 as I prefer the fit and how it hugs all the right places. However, depending on the pattern of the fabric a Size 10 will be selected as it also provides a little more flow around my hips.

The Limoncello Asher, maybe my 7th Asher skirt but it works hard in my wardrobe.

My go to outfit is an Asher combined with a Harlee Reversible Cami. As I have 5 Harlee's - it means I have 10 different top combinations (higher neckline or lower v neck). If I also include my Sawyer, Terry and other top options... well, the number of outfit combinations compounds!

Do yourself a favour and try an Asher today...But be warned, you will buy more. But rest assured, your return on investment and outfit combinations takes care of it self :)
