An absolutely stunning dress in the most gorgeous deep red. This was definitely the star of my Christmas events. For Christmas I added silver shoes , silver jewellery and a crystal brooch to glam it up and then for other gatherings in the new year, I swapped it up for light tan wedges and bag.
Alexis is a trusty dress design for my wardrobe. I have it in many prints and navy too. Would like to see the return of Marnie as an alternative choice in wrap dress!
I deliberated over this for a while until seeing a few pix of non-models in the dress, and gave it a try. I love it! The print is gorgeous, with eye-catching colour & design without being OTT. The dress itself is a shapely true wrap style, and the length (which I was a little worried about) is just right (not toooo long on my 163cm). The combo is very flattering.
I'm no stranger to Alexis - I have a few! I think it's the perfect midi dress (or maxi if you're petite height), i love the pockets and the puff sleeve detail. It's beautiful and femine and the Garden Fantasia print is gorgeous!
