Alexis Dress in Seashells

I've chosen this dress for my daughter's wedding. The print is modern, fresh and even more gorgeous in person. Also, the slinky fabric
adds that extra touch of luxury. Thank you L&F team for all your help with making the choice so much easier. xx

I bought this dress in the Garden Fantasia print which looks exactly like the photos - colourful, exuberant, bright, popping.

The cut of this pattern is really good. It is flattering, comfortable, and flowing, and is perfect for me, falling at 3/4 length. (I'm 170 cm tall and curvy.)

It feels very Summery, but can also be paired with a cardigan / jumper and layers to make it inter-seasonal and wear it so only the skirt is visible. And as the background is black, (with blue, teal and jungle green and crimson and orange), it gives opportunity to pair any of those colours in a solid top to dress it into Autumn. Or pair with a black suit jacket to make it a bit more corporate looking for the office, albeit still a bit exuberant and confident in colour beneath.

I give this 9 out of 10. Loving it.

I'm really liking Leina & Fleur's fabric print direction taken. I also have the 'Soiree' print on a Maggie Maxi wrap dress and that's also a fabulous print - looks like an abstract work of art and incorporates teal, navy and crimson flowing as if paint mixed.

Some shops bias to only particular colour palettes of Autumn brown hues, or brights with red and yellow. I suit more burgundys, purples, teal green, blues and black - so it's great to find these colours stocked by Leina and Fleur's fabric and pattern selections.

This print will not date it. It will be in my wardrobe for sometime because I will continually reach for it.

This Alexis dress is a lovely dress to own, its style is simply Gorgeous and quite Elegant, I absolutely love this Seashells print on the fabric and particularly love wearing this dress. I have received numerous compliments whenever I wear this dress which makes me feel great. Thankyou L&F for bringing us such wonderful clothing

An absolutely stunning dress in the most gorgeous deep red. This was definitely the star of my Christmas events. For Christmas I added silver shoes , silver jewellery and a crystal brooch to glam it up and then for other gatherings in the new year, I swapped it up for light tan wedges and bag.
