Bradley Culotte in Navy

Ordered my purple culottes as a change from black or navy . They are really smart , lovely shade of purple which has a classic look. Super comfortable and the easy care fabric we all love about Leina and Fleur ! Very happy

The Bradley’s are so comfortable and flattering, I don’t know why I took so long to buy them, I am 165cm tall and they skim my shin which is what I wanted, they go with so many of my L & F tops
Just a shorter version of my many pairs of Monroe’s, which I love

I bought these for summer as I wanted a shorter pant that was still smart enough to wear to work but just a bit cooler than full length pants. I have decided to return them though as I prefer a more tapered leg style. They are very comfortable and feel like a shorter version of the Monroe pants (of which I have many pairs in my wardrobe!)

I’ve been wondering about these culottes for a while because I thought they be too wide on my pear shape. Not the case-the wide legs not only fit my larger thighs, but seem to balance out my proportions. I’m 162 cms, so bought the short length which is just right for the warmer months with a sandal or sneakers. I’m surprised that the heavyweight jersey is not too hot on a warm day, maybe the breeziness of the legs allows air circulation! Navy is such a versatile colour, a great staple in my wardrobe.

I bought some Bradley's years ago before they had the short length option and sent them back at the time as the length was 7/8th on me which was a bit weird. I couldn't be bothered having them hemmed so was pleased to see the short version is now available. This length is better on me and I have already worn them a few times. I have also bought the black ones to go with my black based tops. I like how they are not too wide at the bottom, similar to the Monroe cut.
