Easy to read, with short chapters, each on a different topic. Funny as well. But also really interesting. Kirstie is just a little older than me and her opinions really resonated.
Loved this book. Laugh out loud funny. Kirstie's observations are spot on and so relatable. So good, was sad when I got to the end.
Great book to put everything into perspective in this world of ours. It has so many worthwhile messages for us women who have always struggled with weight and appearance.
Glenn is such a switched on guy.
