Team photoshoot

We recently finalised a photoshoot with three amazing women from our team ~ Anna, Karen and Lucja

These beautiful individuals are in our Customer Care and Marketing Department and donned the supermodel cap for the day to show off our releases.

We love that both our team and our customers embrace our designs that make them feel comfortable and confident and this transcends through the imagery of the entire shoot.

Meet Lucja

I started my adventure with Leina & Fleur in September 2017, three months after my husband and I moved to Australia :) 

I work in Marketing/ Graphics department. I'm responsible for weekly product releases, newsletters and notifications that land in our customer's inboxes. I also create graphics for the website and collaborate with other departments on improving the user experience.  

What is the favourite part of your job

I enjoy implementing new ideas and being able to see how they improve our customers' journeys. I also love meeting our customers and getting to know their individual stories, I find that very inspiring.    

What’s the 1 song that would describe the L&F HQ tempo

''We are the champions'' by Queen. I'm usually chasing deadline so for me, the lyrics go like this: 

"We are the champions, my friends - And we'll keep on fighting til 12pm Tuesday"

What are your favourite downtime activities -  when you’re not an L&F superstar

I like to go camping with my hubby, read a good book surrounded by our two cats or flat decorating. I also have a weakness for online shopping :)

Meet Karen

I was lucky enough to join L&F in February 2019. My current role is Customer Service. I am the voice on the phone, the words at the end of the return emails and generally the problem solver and organiser of the office. 

What does a normal Day at L&F look like to you

My day is filled with customers, clothes and cheer. I am lucky enough that 2 days are never the same. I spend my day typing, talking, trying on and give a lot of assistance from suggestions of sizing, styles to try and the passing on feedback from customers.

What’s the 1 song that would describe the L&F HQ tempo

This all depends on which area you are in. Dispatch is fast-paced, Marketing is sometimes moody so I can't pinpoint just one.

What are your favourite downtime activities -  when you’re not an L&F superstar

Would you believe shopping? I am also crafty (I have a bit of a passion for homewares). Other than that I love to fish. I find this very relaxing.

Picking and packing orders, restocking the returns received with processing and answering phone calls for customer service and garment questions

Hmmm don't know about song but i did sing this song with Ian and Karen one day...Everything is awesome 🤣 (FYI – this is an actual song hahahaha)

What are your favourite downtime activities -  when you’re not an L&F superstar

Shopping, spending time with my family and eating.
